ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
We invite you to submit a limited 250 word abstracts for oral and/or virtual presentations. Before submitting the abstract from the button REGISTER NOW you must adhere to the instructions in the template file, available in Microsoft Word format.
Participants who would like to present their work must submit an abstract in clear English for consideration by the Scientific Committee.
The deadline for abstract and full paper submission is on or before August 15th, 2019.
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Full papers must be written in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling and must adhere to the instructions in the template file, available in Microsoft Word format.
Papers will undergo international double blind peer-reviewed selection process and will be published in reputed online international journals which are indexed and abstracted in relevant international databases.
Only abstracts and full papers of the authors who have paid their registration fees before the early payment deadline on or before August 30th, 2019 will be scheduled for presentation (oral and/or virtual).
The committee’s decision for accepted papers will be available on or before September 5th, 2019, and only then the preliminary agenda will be made public.
PRESENTATION TYPES (Please choose from one of the following)
- Oral presentation
Oral presentation should not be longer than 10 minutes.
- Virtual presentation
If you wish your paper to be published in the IMSC-2019 Proceedings, but you are not able to attend the IMSC-2019 Conference in person, you can register for a “virtual presentation”.
The instructions for virtual authors are:
Virtual authors should submit their abstracts and full papers for evaluation on or before the deadline: August 15th, 2019.
When an abstract is accepted, the full paper together with the PowerPoint presentation (with video and/or audio) should be submitted via e-mail to: conference@ielas.org on or before the early payment deadline: August 30th, 2019.
Please note that papers will only be published in the IMSC-2019 Proceedings if at least one of the authors of the paper has submitted their abstracts and full papers on or before the deadline: August 30th, 2019.
Accepted papers will be included in the IMSC-2019 book of proceedings with a DOI and ISBN number.
Registered virtual authors will receive a copy of the IMSC-2019 Proceedings and a certificate via fast track delivery mailed to their postal address 20 days after the conference date.

The IMSC-2019 Conference is limited to 100 attendees, providing a prime opportunity for networking. The participation fee is paid only when the registration is approved.
